- Assess and address tenants’ occupational requirements and opportunities for relocation within the building to maximise income stream and minimise voids;
- Examine availability of adjoining properties and sites to extend ownership to satisfy tenants’ expansion requirements;
- Regularly review lease structures to release value;
- Enforce our own strict performance measures – maximising alternative property uses and efficiently implementing repairs;
- Regularly carry out tenant satisfaction surveys to help assess our levels of success;
- Furthermore we proactively look for sustainable and environmentally sensitive solutions to the day-to-day management of each and every property in our care.
